She brings a strategic and solutions driven approach to brokerage operations, client service, and agent development. Since transitioning into real estate full time, DiNera has committed her career to helping individuals and families build wealth through homeownership while shaping the next generation of real estate professionals.

Originally from New York, DiNera earned her degree from Clark Atlanta University before rising through Corporate America as Head of Fraud and Security for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Her experience leading large teams, managing complex operations, and ensuring regulatory excellence laid the foundation for her success as a broker and business owner.

As Managing Broker, DiNera oversees compliance, training, and operational excellence at The Commission Luxury Group. She is also the founder of Michel TC Services, a training and consulting company that equips aspiring Transaction Coordinators with the systems, confidence, and guidance needed to build profitable businesses supporting real estate agents and brokerages. Her mission extends beyond transactions to expanding access to career opportunities and professional growth within the industry.

During her Air Force service, Melody worked as a recruiter, honing her skills in communication, strategy, and building lasting relationships. After her service, she continued supporting veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs, helping them navigate critical benefits and life transitions.  She also worked for the Federal Aviation Administration, negotiating multi-million-dollar government contracts, a foundation that sharpened her strategic thinking and negotiating expertise, which she now brings to every real estate transaction.
