DiNera Michel is the Managing Broker of The Commission Luxury Group and a respected leader in the Metro Atlanta real estate community. With a background in corporate investigations, compliance, and operations, she brings a strategic, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of her work. Since transitioning into real estate full-time, DiNera has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families build wealth through homeownership, while also training and developing the next wave of real estate professionals.


Originally from New York, DiNera earned her degree from Clark Atlanta University before serving in Corporate America as the Head of Fraud and Security for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Her experience leading teams, managing complex processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance built the foundation for her success as a broker and business owner.


In addition to overseeing brokerage operations, agent development, and compliance at The Commission Luxury Group, DiNera is also the founder of Michel TC Services, a training and consulting company that equips aspiring Transaction Coordinators with the systems, confidence, and coaching needed to build profitable support businesses in real estate. Her passion lies not only in serving buyers, sellers, and investors, but also in expanding access to career opportunities within the industry.
